# Submit a project template to Meta for approval on a Cloud-API session

> Renders the canonical template into a Meta create-template payload and submits it through the given cloud_api session. Records a per-session approval pointer (cloudLinks) and returns the updated template. The Meta review verdict arrives later via webhook.
