# Contact support

> Get help and share the details needed to investigate a problem.

Email [support@polymorfa.com](mailto:support@polymorfa.com) to contact our team.
Include what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue.

## Chat and structured requests

When in-app support is enabled, **Chat with us** opens your support conversation.
Use **Account → Support** to choose Support, Bug report, or Feature request.

1. Open a conversation and send a message.
2. Select **Refresh conversations**, then choose your conversation.
3. Enter a title and the details needed to investigate your request.
4. Select **Preview request**. Review the text and remove sensitive information.
5. Submit the request.

Bug reports and feature requests send your reviewed text to our issue tracker.
Ordinary support requests stay in the conversation unless our team escalates them.
The preview removes common credentials, including text such as `password is …`.
Review the result yourself; automated redaction cannot recognize every secret.

## Share evidence deliberately

Review screenshots and files before attaching them in the chat. Remove passwords,
API keys, payment details and information unrelated to the request. Screenshots
and files stay in the support conversation; they are not automatically copied
into the issue tracker.

Support does not have access to traffic you have not retained. Describe the
problem or attach evidence you have chosen to share.

When retained-message selection is configured, select **Find retained messages**
to see numbers you can access with hosted message storage enabled. Choose a
number, load its messages, and select up to five text excerpts from one page.
**Add selected excerpts to request** places them in your draft for review.
Contacts, media and complete message payloads are not included. Availability and
access are checked again when you submit; changed or removed evidence requires
a new review. The details field, including excerpts, is limited to 6,000 characters;
the title has a separate 160-character limit. Refreshing the number list clears
your selection so you can choose from the latest available sources.

## A request is still running

Use **Check same request** if submission status is unavailable. This checks the
same submission without creating a new one. If the result says delivery could
not be confirmed, inspect your conversation or ask support before submitting it
again. Email remains available when in-app support cannot connect.
