# Billing

> Questions about team plans, number tiers, credits, volume rates, and checkout.

  <Accordion title="What am I paying for?">
    Team plans cover workspace seats, support, service targets, and Enterprise
    API access. Number tiers control per-number features and online session-day
    usage. See [Billing](/console/billing).

  <Accordion title="How much do team plans cost?">
    Basic has no base monthly fee, includes two seats, and costs $25 per
          additional user up to 10 seats. Premium is $250/month with unlimited seats.
    Enterprise is \$2,500/month with unlimited seats and an Enterprise API license
    for up to 5,000 numbers.

  <Accordion title="How are connected numbers billed?">
    Standard starts at 25 credits per online session-day. Pro starts at 36
    credits. Premium and Enterprise teams receive lower rates at 11, 41, 201,
    and 251 connected numbers. Offline days do not consume session-day credits.

  <Accordion title="What does one credit cost?">
    One credit costs $0.01 USD or R$0.05 BRL. Therefore 10,000 credits cost $100
          USD or R$500 BRL.

  <Accordion title="What is the +55 rate?">
    Numbers with the `+55` calling code consume 70% of the listed Standard or Pro
    session-day rate. The multiplier is based on the number and applies after any
    volume bracket.

  <Accordion title="Is there a PIX credit bonus?">
    Eligible PIX top-ups receive 5% additional credits. Checkout shows the exact
    amount before payment.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What overages are metered?">
    Usage above the number-tier allowance costs 10 credits per GB of data, 20
    credits per outbound call, and 100 credits per million serverless calls.

  <Accordion title="Does Sandbox consume session-day credits?">
    No. Free testing numbers use 0 session-day credits.

  <Accordion title="Where can I manage my subscription and invoices?">
    Open the Console Billing screen. When billing is configured for your
    organization, subscription management and invoice access open in the hosted
    billing portal. The portal and checkout show the payment methods and
    currencies available to your account.
