    Polymorfa is a WhatsApp platform with a Console, Messaging and Platform APIs,
    webhooks, a hosted connection widget, Inspector, and Sandbox testing numbers.

    Product and engineering teams that connect WhatsApp to applications,
    customer workflows, campaigns, internal tools, or embedded onboarding.

  <Accordion title="Do I need a Meta Business Account?">
    Linked-device sessions pair through WhatsApp's Linked Devices flow and do not
    require a Meta Business Account. Meta Cloud API features require the Meta
    account and credentials documented for those operations.

  <Accordion title="Can I start without a paid subscription?">
    Yes. Basic Team has no base monthly fee and includes two seats. The Free
    number tier is for testing numbers and does not allow real-number
    registration. See [Billing](/console/billing).

    Basic includes live chat, tickets, and a 48-hour first-response target.
    Premium includes Slack, email, live chat, and a 24-hour first-response target.
    Enterprise includes the same channels, a four-hour standard response target,
    and a one-hour emergency response target.

  <Accordion title="What service targets apply?">
    Basic has no contractual uptime target. Premium has a 97.99% service target.
    Enterprise has a 99% service target.

  <Accordion title="Can I run an Enterprise deployment?">
    Enterprise deployment terms depend on your contract. Talk to sales for the
    supported deployment model, number capacity, and operating requirements.

  <Accordion title="Where can I find exact request and response types?">
    Use the generated [API reference](/api/overview). Messaging, Platform, and
    Enterprise operations are published as separate contracts. Meta-compatible
    Messaging API routes have their own contract.

    No. Polymorfa is an independent platform.
