Yes. Use the normal project-scoped messaging methods. Testing numbers can contact only active testing numbers in the same project; they never contact real WhatsApp recipients.
Use the normal project-scoped chat and message methods, or open the number in Inspector. The API-controlled device and Inspector share the same simulated account and conversation state.
In Inspector, choose Open beside a testing number. Your Polymorfa account owns that session through Inspector, and the app connects as a native linked device. See Inspector ownership and devices.
Inspector retains each native linked device across close, restart, retry, and dashboard sign-out. Remove the testing number or transfer its Inspector ownership when the previous devices must be invalidated.
