The Messaging API enforces each organization’s configured request limit over a one-minute window. The limit is organization-wide, not a published per-endpoint table. For example, a successful counted request can include:

The exact configured number depends on the organization and active entitlements. Responses do not include an X-RateLimit-Reset header.

Retry behavior

Honor Retry-After, then retry with jitter. Do not immediately fan out retries from concurrent processes. WhatsApp or Meta may apply their own limits after a request passes Polymorfa’s middleware. Those errors use the endpoint’s documented native or Meta-compatible envelope.
