Presence and label observation are project-configurable. Keep observation disabled when an integration does not need cached asynchronous state. Message-label events use label_association_message and carry a Polymorfa messageId. A label event can arrive before the message. Its ID remains stable, but message actions require the message’s routing information to have been observed. An association alone does not establish who sent the message.
