Number usage is based on online session-days, not a per-message charge. A connected number is charged once for each UTC day it is online. A disconnected number does not consume session-day credits for that day.

Calculate session-day usage

For a Basic team, two Standard numbers connected for 30 days use:
That is 15USDorR15 USD or R75 BRL at the current credit purchase rate. For +55 numbers, apply the 70% country multiplier:

Volume brackets

Premium and Enterprise teams use the connected-number bracket for each online session-day. Basic uses the first bracket regardless of number count. The bracket is based on connected-number count. The +55 multiplier is applied after the bracket rate.

Overages

Number tiers include data, outbound-call, and serverless-call allowances. Usage above an allowance is charged as follows: Free testing numbers use 0 session-day credits. Scale rates and limits are set by contract.

Monitor your balance

The Billing screen shows the organization’s current credit balance and lets an authorized member set a low-balance reminder threshold. Available payment methods, currencies, and final amounts are shown in checkout.
