Quick replies

Quick replies are text shortcuts synchronized through WhatsApp app state. Use Create quick reply, Update quick reply, and Delete quick reply for mutations. Updating a quick reply replaces its full mutable definition. Send the current keywords and count values with shortcut and message; omitted keywords becomes [] and omitted count becomes 0.

Request rules

Field	Accepted input
`shortcut`	1 through 25 Unicode letters or numbers, with no spaces or punctuation.
`message`	Nonblank text up to 65,536 UTF-8 bytes.
`keywords`	Up to 100 entries; each entry contains 1 through 256 characters.
`count`	An integer from 0 through 2,147,483,647.

Observation mode

The project or session observation policy determines whether Polymorfa remembers quick replies:

Mode	Behavior
`off`	Does not emit or retain quick-reply changes.
`events`	Emits best-effort webhook changes without retaining content.
`cache`	Emits events and keeps a bounded in-memory projection.

List business quick replies reads only the remembered projection. It reports whether the list is disabled, unknown, partial, or fresh and never triggers a live WhatsApp lookup. Read Linked Device controls for project/session precedence, retention limits, and event behavior.
